Downtown Jacksonville: Great St. Johns River Cleanup

Join us as we cleanup Downtown Jacksonville on April 22 at 9am. This location in the Great St. Johns River Cleanup is sponsored by First Horizon Bank.

Check in at the St. Johns Riverkeeper tent at Riverfront Plaza (the site of the old Landing). Volunteers will cleanup along the Northbank and Southbank Riverwalks.

GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To be read and signed by all individuals intending to participate in the voluntary activity or parents/guardians of individuals under 18 years of age.

In consideration of voluntarily participating in this activity, I promise and agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, executors and assignees, that I will never initiate or in any way aid in the pursuit of a claim or lawsuit against St. Johns Riverkeeper, Inc. (“SJRK”), City of Jacksonville, First Horizon Bank or the officers, directors, agents, and employees of the aforementioned organizations for any loss, damage, or injury to my person or my property which may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of my participation in the above named activity. I expressly release and waive any claim for compensation from, or liability against, SJRK, City of Jacksonville, First Horizon Bank or the officers, directors, agents and employees of the aforementioned organizations.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless SJRK, City of Jacksonville, First Horizon Bank or the officers, directors, agents, and employees of the aforementioned organizations from any and all losses, claims, actions, or proceedings of every kind and character which may be presented or initiated by any other person or entity and which may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in the activity.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the terms of the General Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement and recognize the inherent risks associated with this type of voluntary activity.
